Wedding Day Details

The boat to the wedding venue (which is not accessible by car) leaves Puerto Magico at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 40 mins early - if you miss the boat, there is no other way to get to the wedding, and you will miss it.

There is a bar with drinks and snacks on board the boat, and we encourage you to get the party started! If you are someone who gets seasick, please come prepared and let us know – we thankfully have a VIP Pharmacist Groom on call and can help get you whatever medicine you may need.

Wedding Day Timeline

Arrive at Puerto Magico no later than 4:00pm
- There is only one main waiting area once you've entered the building. Someone will be there to greet you and take you to the boat when it's time to load!

Boat & Guests depart Puerto Magico Terminal at 4:30pm
Arrive at Las Caletas Beach Club, 5:30pm
Ceremony & Cocktail Hour, 6:00pm
Dinner & Dessert, 7:30pm
Reception + Epic Dance Party, 8:45pm
Boat Departure back to PV, 10:30pm
Return / Arrival, 11:30pm
After Party (location TBD), 11:30pm - ???

Things to Bring/ Tips for the Wedding Day

Bug spray and a light coat for the ride back
Heels are not allowed at the venue for safety reasons (i.e. sand + heels = angry ankles). Consider platforms or block heels instead, and make sure to bring a pair of sandals if you think you'll want to change into something more comfortable.
Sunglasses and sunscreen, because...Mexico!
Medication for motion sickness, if needed

Remember, if you miss the boat, you miss the wedding, so please arrive early!
